I've been trying to eat more intuitively for a while now, and this app is exactly what I was looking for. Logging my meals on my phone is more convenient than pen and paper, but I was trying to use a calorie counting app and just ignore the calorie numbers. If you've ever been on a diet, you can probably guess how that went. This app is geared towards IE (hence the name), so it has no mention of calories, and it prompts you to check in with your body before and after meals. I love it so far!

Ended up uninstalling it for a few reasons: I think the UI could be better, it often feels too cramped and lacking. I should be able to go back to previous days and add more food, to be able to change the day we are logging, not just the time. There should be a database/library that it pulls meals from other options people have put in when we begin typing our own or something similar. Adding calorie amount, food category, drink type, option to put in meal or individual items, etc.

Hi Cat, thanks for the feedback! It's already possible to change the meal date from the Meal Edit screen—just tap on the meal to access it. For privacy reasons, we don’t collect any data from our users. Also, we don’t plan to add calories, since this is an intuitive eating app. That said, we’ll definitely review and consider your other suggestions!

Love the simplicity of this. The only food log app I could find that doesn't focus on micromanaging calorie counting and macros. But the app images also show a 'Mood' tracker and I can't find this feature anywhere? Also, I really don't like that if I upload a photo it doesn't display the name of the food in the timeline.

Hi Alana, thanks for taking the time to share this. LATER EDIT: We’ve made the Mood Tracker more visible and now show the food name on the timeline, even when photos are added.
